The pastry classes take place on Saturday afternoons from 3 till 5.
Depending on the time of year, you'll learn to make bread, pastries, ice creams, sorbets, fruity puddings and other desserts, éclairs, choux buns, a thousand and one chocolate cakes, and Yule logs.
