La Bonne Etape welcomes you for a tasty brunch. A various buffet awaits you from 10:30 AM to 13:30 PM with a large choice of salty and sugary treats : pastries, brownie, cereal, gingerbread, fruit salad, jam, honey, eggs (poached, hard boiled, fried, srambled, omelet), crepes / socca galette, terrine, caillette, dried sausage, oven-baked ham, raw ham, smoked salmon, fresh and aged cheeses, cottage cheese and yogurts, chicken chest with lavander, pasta salad with herbs, coffee, tea, fruit juices and water. THE CHEF

Jany Gleize

After his baccalaureate, he started his career at Jo Rostan's "La Bonne Auberge" in Antibes. He then began his "tour de France" of the big establishments, rounding off his apprenticeship in 1976 with Pierre and Jean Troisgros in Roanne, in 1977 and 1978 with Alain Chapel in Mionnay, and in 1979 with Michel Guérard. In 1980, he spent six months as a waiter at the Connaught Hotel in London. In 1981, back at Château-Arnoux, he took charge of the kitchen and the hotel.

What with the piano and cooking, Jany can't stop touring the world, visiting culinary festivals and gala dinners. On Bastille Day 1989, French President François Mitterrand invited Jany Gleize to cook dinner for the Heads of State to mark the bicentenary of the French Revolution.

Today, surrounded by his team, he takes great pleasure in welcoming you with a smile. His only concern is your well-being!
