Secrets of the chef, or savoir-faire shared
Enjoy cookery lessons with the Michelin star chef and discover the great flavours of Provence. The chef will share with you a cuisine with strong roots in the local countryside. Lessons with Jany Gleize will teach you how to cook - and enjoy it - in a friendly, accessible and generous fashion.
Pastry-making classes take place on Saturday afternoons between 3 and 5 pm. Whatever the season, learn how to knead bread and pastry, produce ice cream and sorbet, as well as how to create fruit deserts, éclairs, choux pastry, puddings, a plethora of chocolate cakes and Christmas logs.
